Alex is a songwriter and music producer with a love for good coffee, good storytelling, and thoughtful, well-crafted lyricism. Alex is excited to be leading worship here and contributing to the culture of this unique creative community!

CR Leadership Team
Ronda serves on the Celebrate Recovery leadership team and has been faithfully committed to the ministry for over 20 years. She dedicates herself to helping others find freedom from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups in all areas of life. Ronda is passionate about her work, her family, and continuing her own growth and education.
Tara Mattingly
Executive Director Of The Table
Tara is the Executive Director of The Table Café, where she shows up every day to cherish and care for the entire community. She can often be found at the host stand, greeting guests with a big smile and infectious laughter. Her dedication to the Promise Community and the Portland neighborhood helps create a welcoming, home-like atmosphere for all who enter.
Matt Ferguson
Chef at The Table
Matt is our chef at The Table Café. When you think parmesan fries, chicken sandwiches, and falafel, Matt is behind it all! His kitchen skills, calming presence, and ability to truly see others make him a person of peace, both at The Table Café and in the Portland neighborhood. Matt also serves as secretary of the Church of the Promise design team.
Sara Goza

Sara comes to us from Texas and is a devoted community member with a heart for every person who comes to the Table Cafe. Her ministry in the Promise Community and the neighborhood as a whole is deeply impactful.
Jasmine Newton
Director of Promise Housing Plus
Jasmine Newton, the Executive Director of Promise Housing Plus, brings a deep passion for community development and relationship-building. With a background in social work and nonprofit leadership, she is committed to identifying the needs of our neighbors and collaborating with community partners to help meet those needs.
Mary Jolly
CR Leadership Team
Mary serves on the Celebrate Recovery leadership team and has been dedicated to this powerful ministry for over 20 years. She is also the chair of the church design team and president of the Portland Neighborhood Association. Her gifts for ministry extend far beyond the walls of the church, and her love for the Portland neighborhood is unmistakable.
